We love saying thank you to our regulars. Our loyalty scheme is now completely digital – no more paper cards to lose in your jeans. Every qualifying visit automatically adds a “stamp” to your membership profile, and your rewards are applied at the desk without you lifting a finger - and more to the point, everone get their stamp - so it's more fair to those who have never been able to take a card home!.
How it works
- Check in with your membership. When you arrive, we scan your membership number at reception and choose your admission type (Basic, Gold or Platinum).
- Stamps are linked to your membership profile. When your visit qualifies, the system adds a digital stamp to your account. You don’t need to carry anything or remember a card.
- Rewards are applied automatically. On your reward visit (for example your 5th or 10th qualifying stamp, depending on your tier), the discount or free entry is applied on our till automatically when we book you in.
- Ask us any time how many stamps you’ve got left. We can see your visit count and stamp total at the desk in seconds.
Note: Some special offers (for example certain event tickets, promotions or heavily discounted entries) may not earn loyalty stamps. We’ll always let you know at the desk if a particular offer doesn’t count towards your stamp total.
Your tier, your perks
Our loyalty rewards are based on your current membership tier. Here’s a simple breakdown of how stamps and rewards work for each level.
Basic
Perfect if you visit now and then or prefer pay-as-you-go visits.
- Stamps: You earn a digital stamp on days you pay the full Basic rate (£15).
- Reward: On your 5th qualifying stamp, your next Basic visit is half price.
- Using your reward: You can redeem your half-price reward on any Basic day where the base admission is £13 or more – even if that day’s price is £13 instead of £15.
- Everything is stored digitally – no card needed.
Gold
Extra perks for our regulars who like a little luxury.
- Stamps: Earn 1 stamp for every qualifying Gold visit when your base admission is £12 or more.
- 5th qualifying stamp: your next Gold visit is 50% off.
- 10th qualifying stamp: your next Gold visit is free.
- Stamps and rewards are applied automatically at check-in.
Platinum
The top tier for our most loyal lads.
- Stamps: Earn 1 stamp for each qualifying Platinum visit at the standard Platinum rate.
- Reward: every 5th qualifying visit is completely free.
- No need to track anything – the system does it all for you based on your membership number.
No more paper cards
We’ve retired the old cardboard stamp cards. Your loyalty is now linked to your membership number. That means:
- No more forgetting your card at home.
- No more soggy cards in your shorts or lost in the wash.
- We can instantly see your visit history and rewards at reception.
If you still have an old paper card with unused stamps, bring it with you next time you visit. We’ll happily move any remaining stamps onto your digital profile so you don’t miss out.
Quick questions
Do I need to do anything to join the loyalty scheme?
Nope. If you’re a Basic, Gold or Platinum member, you’re already in. Just make sure you always check in with your membership number and the system will handle the rest.
How do I know when I’ve earned a reward?
When you reach a reward stamp (for example your 5th or 10th qualifying stamp), the discount or free entry will pop up automatically on our till. We’ll always let you know at the door.
Do all visits earn stamps?
Standard Basic, Gold and Platinum admissions at your tier’s normal rate earn loyalty stamps when they meet the qualifying price for that tier. Special promotions (for example some event tickets, advance offers or heavily discounted passes) may not qualify – if something doesn’t earn stamps we’ll tell you at the time of purchase.
