Frequently Asked Questions
First visit, membership, towels, parking, payments and the little questions people usually ask before coming to ClubZeus.
Do I need to be a member?
ClubZeus is returning to a members-only format from 15 July 2026.
You can join online before visiting, or speak to us at reception. Current options include Club Membership and Gold Membership. Full details are available on our Memberships page.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring yourself, valid photo ID, and enough to cover admission or anything you may want from the bar.
We recommend not bringing lots of valuables. Lockers are provided, but items are left at your own risk.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept both cash and card payments.
Do I need to bring towels or footwear?
We provide towels as part of admission. Extra towels are £1 each.
For health and safety, we provide sliders, which must be worn around the venue.
What can I wear inside?
- Sliders must be worn around the venue for health and safety.
- In wet areas, you can wear a towel, shorts, swimwear or nothing at all.
- In the lounge, you can wear a towel if you prefer.
- Some event nights may have themes or dress codes, so check the homepage before visiting.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or over to enter. We operate Challenge 25, so please bring valid Government-issued photo ID.
If you cannot provide suitable ID when asked, our staff will not be able to let you in.
I’ve never been before. What should I do?
That’s absolutely fine. Lots of visitors are first-timers.
Let the team know at reception and we’ll happily explain how things work once you’ve checked in.
Where can I park?
We do not have our own car park, but there are nearby options:
- From 6pm, and all day Sunday, you can usually park directly outside at the front.
- Up until 4pm, parking outside is usually limited to up to an hour.
- Frederick Street, just behind us, often has spaces.
- There is also a large car park at the bottom of Ratcliffe Gate, around a 2-minute walk away.
How many people will be in on a certain day?
We get asked this a lot, but we do not give out headcounts or predict crowd sizes.
Fridays and Saturdays are often lively, and Naked Days usually have a good daytime atmosphere, but no two days are ever exactly the same.
The best way to know is to come along and see for yourself.
Why choose a sauna when cruising is free?
ClubZeus offers a welcoming, discreet and safer social space where you can relax, meet people, use the facilities and enjoy events in a managed environment.
Outdoor cruising can carry risks around privacy, safety and policing. At ClubZeus, staff are on hand and the venue is built around consent, comfort and community.
Any other questions?
If we haven’t covered it here, you can contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
