How it works

Check in with your membership number.
When you arrive, we check you in at reception and apply the correct admission type for your membership.

Qualifying visits are added digitally.
When your visit qualifies, the system adds it to your loyalty count automatically.

Rewards are applied at the desk.
When you reach a reward visit, staff can apply the correct loyalty reward at check-in.

We can check your loyalty count and available rewards at reception.
Your membership, your rewards
Loyalty rewards are based on your membership type. Some special offers, passes, event tickets or heavily discounted entries may not earn loyalty visits.
Legacy
Legacy Basic
- For existing members who joined under the previous Basic structure.
- Legacy Basic remains lifetime, so you do not need to re-join or buy a new Club Membership.
- Until 15 July 2026, existing Legacy Basic benefits continue.
- From 15 July 2026, Legacy Basic moves to the same loyalty reward as Club Membership.
- Every 10th qualifying visit is half price.
Standard
Club Membership
- Our standard membership for regular entry and loyalty perks.
- Every 10th qualifying visit is half price.
- Admission is paid separately at reception.
- Your loyalty is linked to your membership number.
Premium
Gold Membership
- Gold members receive £1 off standard admissions.
- Until Sheffield opens, Gold Membership starts on the member’s first visit. The free-next-visit perk unlocks after a qualifying Gold admission of £14 at Mansfield or £16 at Sheffield and remains valid for 30 days from that admission.
- Gold loyalty stamps are earned on qualifying admissions of £12 or more.
- Every 5th qualifying visit is half price.
- Every 10th qualifying visit is free.
- Selected paid admissions can count towards loyalty where eligible.
No more paper cards
We’ve retired the old cardboard stamp cards. Loyalty is now linked directly to your membership number.
- No more forgetting your card at home.
- No more soggy cards in your shorts or lost in the wash.
- We can check your visits, loyalty count and available rewards at reception.

Quick questions
Do I need to do anything to join the loyalty scheme?
No. If your membership has loyalty benefits, your qualifying visits can be tracked against your membership number.
How do I know when I’ve earned a reward?
Ask at reception and we can check your loyalty count. When a reward is available, staff can apply it at check-in.
Do all visits earn loyalty?
Not always. Special promotions, passes, event tickets, advance offers or heavily discounted admissions may not qualify.
